Led by Karthik, a Civil and project delivery specialist in Roads, Transport, and Urban Development, our expertise encompasses various facets of engineering, including:

With 17 years of industry experience, Puvi has created built environments within the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. His hands-on approach to building and construction is anchored in his deep understanding of the engineering industry, driving him to deliver projects of the highest quality and workmanship. Puvi has led several multi-disciplinary projects for the Central Public Works Department (CPWD), including IT Parks and the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) – Tiruchirappalli campus. Renowned for his effective project coordination.
Puvi oversees every aspect of the project lifecycle, from design through to delivery, including planning, construction, and certification.
Adept at managing relationships, Puvi ensures optimal output from all stakeholders involved in the development and construction process. He successfully administers consultants, trades, sub-contractors, and suppliers, making him a valuable asset in the industry.
